I called Mr.Rooter Pluming and they sent a Technician to my house because my Hot Water Heater stopped working. The Technician told me that he needed to replace the heater value on my Water Heater, which is only 4 years old. He said that the cost would be $719.00. I could not afford that so I watched a Youtube Video after he left and found out that when a Water Heater Pilot light is out, that the light on the Water Heater flashes 4 times and just needs to be reset. One of the most dishonest companies I've ever used. They tried to charge me over 6,000 dollars to replace my entire sewer line. Thank god the issue was a tree root growing into the joint where my line met my local MUD. MR. Rooter said my MUD district needed to work on their side of the line, and the plumbers from my district told my I was getting ripped off, and that had I called them first I would have never had to pay any plumber in the first place. I had a terrible experience attempting to work with Mr. Rooter. I called on Wednesday and set up an appointment for them to come check out my water heater on Friday. The window they gave me was between 10am-1pm. At ~12pm on Friday they called and said they were running behind schedule due to the weather. Fine by me.
