Updating my initial review. The company reached out to remedy the error on my bill. I still believe the company is a bit pricey but appreciate the quick response times. As far as the work completed, everything seems to be working as it should now. The technician was friendly and professional. Overall, I am satisfied and will consider the company in the future but will likely call around for other quotes first.
Price was insanely steep just to have a cable run down my line. We were confused because we thought the original price was $575 with a $100 dollar coupon to bring it down to $475 but the price ended up being $575 after the coupon.. Insane, I'll stick to small businesses with fair prices going forward. Very nice! And knowledgeable about many things I had a very smooth time with this technician. Fixed everything and explained anything he did, VERY reasonable with pricing, as well. I recommend this place highly.
