You can't trust them and the online scheduling. I made an appointment online yesterday and the site confirmed the appointment. I found the confirmation e-mail in my junk e-mail as well. I planned work/schedule around someone coming out this morning. When I called to check, I was told they are not doing any Mr. Rooter calls now and I don't have an appointment?
