A great job and service
Paul came in a half hour right on the spot fixed everything, great work
We had a garbage disposal start leaking, and the first plumber we called said they could come by in 4 days (at the earliest). We called Mr Rooter next, they sent out Rich within an hour. Rich was great, professional and polite, explained ti me what was wrong, gave me an estimate, which was reasonable, and had it replaced with an hour. I still had the remainder of my day to get things I needed to get done. Very happy about calling and hiring of Mr Rooter and having Rich perform the work.
Man what can I say other than in a crisis between wife triple by pass surgery & me not able to work to be my wife care giver, I must admit that contractor Paul provided great service & was on time added that he was great for finding pipe leak above basement. Very neat & went above & beyond to give us peace of mind. I cannot complain I will recommend these guys again no doubt! Thank you for the peace of mind & the stress lifted off my shoulders it was needed. These guys rock!!!! 🥰
