I hired these guys based on the reviews but regretted it every step of the way. Constant follow ups and lack of communication from the company made the service frustrating and time consuming. A simple gas permit turned into a 4-5 week job and when asked why there a delay. There seems to be confusion among the employees. I don't recommend Mr. Rooter. Learned my lesson $4K later.
Excellent company. The technician they sent did a excellent job. He was thorough and very professional.
Plumber was punctual and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal. He also figured out the problem with my guest bathroom sink. He went out and purchased a very nice replacement faucet and installed it quickly. Did very good work but a bit pricey. I am using them again for a separate issue with a leak.
