I needed a plumber to repair my in-laws home (an hour away). Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were both professional and polite. They allowed me to supply the new toilet and we didn't know it was broken until the tech went to install the new toilet. They came back the next day (no additional charge) and installed the 2nd toilet. Having contractors coming into a home can be stressful to begin with.
