Had a clog on the main drain line. Saw online Mr Rooter does not charge extra for weekend hours, spoke with dispatch on the phone and was told that was correct, it'd be $50 for the service call for them to diagnose the issue, then we'd be able to decide whether or not for them to commence fix. First words out of the plumbers mouth (who arrived an hour outside the 2 hour window we were provided on a Saturday) were 'I'm charging you extra since its the weekend'. I won’t use them again. Maybe someone else had a better experience, but Kevin long come out to our house and told the office people he had to do digging around our septic lid when the lid was already exposed and no digging was needed. Less than a shovel full of dirt was moved. They were late to arrive, but everyone was pleasant. However, they do not provide estimates before arrival and their prices rivaled the on-call weekend prices of another company. If you've got a critical issue, you're not going to send them away, so you're stuck. Minimum required service done satifactorily, but we probably won't be using them again. They were prompt and honest. They were unable to deal with a well pump but recommended a wonderful young man who came and fixed our well pump.
