Granted, we were in urgent need of a plumber, but this company charged us an exorbitant amount of money for less than an hour’s worth of work. We needed a repair on a pipe that was already exposed due to previous water damage we were dealing with. The technician told me last night on the phone that it was a simple fix. Paid $350 to get pipes under kitchen sink put together. They used my own parts that I had attempted to do it myself first without my knowledge. (I was at work and my wife was the only one home) I didnt know this until after I paid since I didnt get to see the work until I got home, I assumed for that price they would've at least used their own parts.
