I had Mr.Rooter out to install my Water Heater and they quoted me 1700 even with my own water heater purchase that I got from Home Depot. They then told me they needed a card to secure my spot and pay for the service fee but I wouldn't be charged until it was finished if I decided to go with them. They then charged me 500 dollars for a diagnostic fee and left mid "install". When I called the company they said didn't you read the contract? Had bathroom drain unplugged. $360+ next day drain from kitchen stopped up. It drains into main drain. They want to charge me ANOTHER $360+ to get that attached drain unplugged. No warranty for their work. This is not the way to do business. If you choose to use them ….good luck.

Clint was on time, diligent, efficient, and professional! He replaced the water valves in the laundry room of my mobile home, now I can enjoy my new washing machine. I highly recommend Clint and Mr Rooter!
