First of all, It was very easy to place a service call through the website. Everything was done very quickly. I got a text Message seeing who was coming 20 min. before my appointment. Mark arrived on time. Nice personality. He did an excellent job! He answered all my questions with kindness. He gave me a lot of advice. I couldn’t have better service. Mark was phenomenal. He came in and assess the problem and saved me $30,000. The other company lied and told me my whole system crashed. Mark showed me the video gave me solutions and help me. It’s sad that as we get older some people try to take advantage And others lift us up and help and show compassion. I highly recommend Mr. router.
I've (35m dyi'er) used these guys twice now and each time they've been awesome. Today I had them jet, camera, and snake my basement floor drain due to prior owner dumping grease down the sink. (FYI DON'T DO THAT!) I could try to DYI it, but at the end of the day, these guys have the tools, the knowledge, and peace of mind you get from a pro.
