Mark at Rooters has been amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable. And gives thorough answers to all my questions. We have dealt with my contractors & these guys have been the best to work with. They installed our RO system. And hired them back to install a water softener system. We signed up for their membership. And look forward to working with them in the future!

Locally owned franchise, which means it is a local small business. They were able to send a full plumber (not a "technician") the same day. We had a drain blocked in our laundry room. Joe was able to clear the blockage and let us know that our laundry drain was too small (1.5in when it should have been 2in). At some point we will need to replace the pipes, but he took care of the immediate issue and got our washing machine draining properly. Called them out to have a look at a sewer line that was leaking right where it exits the house. The person on the phone was polite and helpful - she gave me a date and time someone would arrive and what to expect. Mark showed up right on time and was super friendly. He looked things over, explained everything that he saw (the leak was in a section of suuuper old pipe that was a horrendous conflageration of Y's and T's and couplers and patches that was partially embedded in the foundation wall, so it wasn't easy to tell exact... read more
