Mike showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call to Mr Rooter and had my disposal fixed in under an hour. He was efficient and polite. He explained everything he was doing and demonstrated the working disposal before he left. Highly recommend!
Mike I. did a great job replacing our shallow well pump that had been leaking. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed up within a few hours of my request for service. The pricing was fair and transparent. After he was finished with the work, he walked me through everything I needed to know about the new pump and system and explained next steps. I highly recommend.
Mike has totally redone my bathroom, which was done so wrong before I bought this house. He is such a professional, I hope I never have plumbing issues again, but if I do, Mr. Rooter and Mike are who I will call.
