Eric was able to come out on a Sunday a couple hours after I made the initial call for an emergency service. He explained everything very thoroughly on what needed to be done and gave me the estimate before he started working. He was able to finish the repair fairly quickly and again explained very thoroughly what he replaced. He was awesome to work with!
Water heater leaking, found at 3am. Called Mr. Rooter and got a live person, got scheduled, Austin showed up at 8Am and fixed the problem. Austin was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Also contacted restoration company for me to help with clean up.
