David Starr gets 5 stars for service, caring, and value. He took the time to and is certainly the best of this company. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends. The issue is with the company’s follow-through and office communication. I originally called because I needed video footage of the sewer line and the line marked. That was the reason for the service call. We encountered some drainage problems with our brand, new washer, and it turned out that the lines because they were 10 years old had a lot of garbage which was expelled from the washer into the line and drained into the sewage system. Roto-Rooter did a powered cleansing of the pipe and we have had nothing but stellar performance since. Great job Roto Rooter - St. George Utah
