Price gouging! I supplied the replacement parts and was grateful as to how quick the service provider arrived. However he was at tops here for 1 hour and charged me over $ 400 dollars for an hour’s work. Will not use your overpriced service again!

We called about a smell coming from our bathroom sink and our Mr. Rooster Plumber was very knowledgeable and quick with his investigation. He gave great advice and enjoyable to have.

David Starr gets 5 stars for service, caring, and value. He took the time to and is certainly the best of this company. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends. The issue is with the company’s follow-through and office communication. I originally called because I needed video footage of the sewer line and the line marked. That was the reason for the service call. I was later upsold into a much more expensive service, and I understood the camera/video work and line locating were part of what I was paying for... read more
