Technician service was good overall, and he worked hard to clear the pipe. Pricing was charged hourly plus a $250 equipment fee. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but it was included on the bill. The crew was able to clean the Bego pipe significantly compared to its original condition. They also identified two issues in the line: one section had shifted and another section appeared collapsed.
