Our in the garage floor drain was not draining properly therefore leaving quite the order. I called Mr. Rooter late Wednesday afternoon, they were able to come first thing the next day. They did an awesome job and were very perfessional
The plumber was very knowledgeable, and experienced. Extremely courteous and kind. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He made sure everything was right the first time. I think he went up and be on what was needed. The price was a little higher than I anticipated, but he gave me a discount for being a senior. All in all, it was a good experience and would use them again in the future.
I was having an issue with leaking under my kitchen sink. Stephen Huggins was my service provider. He was professional, polite, kind and efficient. He was about his business. I have no complaints about him and if I need additional work I would request him. However, your prices as a company are overpriced. Because of that I would probably seek another avenue. With that said the review I’m giving is strictly for Stephan not for the company because Mr. Rooter as a company is overpriced. I even defended you on Nextdoor Neighbors... read more
