If I could give them zero stars, I would. Twice they came to my house, twice they failed to fix my issue. The first time they charged me to clear a drain and failed. They tried to take out two screws from a bathtub for 30 seconds and gave up. I fixed that problem myself. I was able to get the stuck screws out and went to home depot and bought a drain auger for $25 and was able to fix everything in less than 30 minutes. Anthony & Hunter were awesome, they came in and quickly repaired our leak. They were both very professional and informative. Before leaving they checked everything thoroughly and cleaned up after the repair. 10/10 would recommend these guys. Thank you guys so much!

I have dealt with Mr. Rooter off and on for the past four years, as they were the only plumber that my home warranty would send. They have done some poor workmanship at our home and charged us a lot for work not covered by the warranty. They took a lot of time (multiple visits) and I spent a lot of money for them to find my clean out at my home.
