Grady was excellent. He accomplished what he could today and is coming back out to finish some work, will leave another review when he comes back but as of now, would recommend him to anyone.
I just have to say when needing any kind of Gas issues handled it’s not easy or cheap; however these wonderful people at Mr. Rooters went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of and our home was back up and running smoothly. I have to especially mention Becca, Juan and Julian for their concern, customer service, help and determination to make sure they did everything possible for my family!🫶 Jackie and Family
