Very quick first appointment. A week after the initial service the new sump pump was not working property. They came very quickly to fix it. The failure was not due to their installation.
From start to finish Mr. Rooter is easy and pleasant to work with and they do great work. A friendly person answers when you call, not an automated phone system! The technician who came today (Brian) is awesome at fixing and explaining things. He told me what preventative measures I can take to avoid future issues. A fantastic family owned business that cares about their customers and does their best work. I highly recommend.
From start to finish, the job was completed professionally, on time, and in a very respectful manner! They left the job very clean as well. I would recommend them to anyone!
