Hello, I'd like to share that Mr. Rooter's specialist, Andrew Chisamore, was very professional and polite, and took care of our clogged bath tub efficiently, removing all debris and making sure bathroom's drainage worked as expected; in addition he ensured the main sewer line outside our property was running properly. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Awesome customer service. Great response time, very efficient on explaining what the problems were and how to make it right. All the workers were very courteous and worked diligently. They were very clean and left the property as clean or cleaner than when the arrived. 5 stars
I had a pretty hefty emergency late when all other local plumbers were closed. And these guys showed up within an hour. Adem came through for me like noone else has with my homeowner journey. He was an absolute professional, and was one of the most genuinely kind people I've had the pleasure of meeting. We lined the problems up and knocked them out. 10/10 he's totally invited to my birthday party. Sure they're a little pricey. But I'd take that price for the service and care I received any day.
