My Toliet/Shower line was clogged. Kelvin was fast friendly and efficient. The staff at the office was great. I have a pipe the needs repairing and I am happily using them.
Ryan was amazing!!!! I gave them a call, they said about a 2 hour wait (which was reasonable to me). 20 minutes after my call, Ryan was pulling up and explaining everything as clear as possible to me. I loved the service. He was amazing!!
Don't use this plumbing service. They will over charge you extremely and the entire office is in on it. They will tell you that you are paying for knowledge, thats BS . This company stinks from top to bottom. Stay away !
Called and had someone out within an hour. Clogged toilet that wouldn't plunge and they cleared it with a hand auger in less than 2 minutes. Very professional and explained everything along the way. They also did a water pressure check and water heater check for free.
Mr. Rooter provided quick and timely service for my kitchen faucet repair. Professional, efficient, and resolved the issue promptly. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them!
