Kelvin and Mr. Rooter team were exceptional. Great communication and timeliness. Kelvin not only took care of our shower issue, but also checked our water heater and pressure. Excellent and quick service I recommend.
Mr. Ryan and Braeden was very professional. They arrive on time, repaired my toilet without any problems also very friendly. They did a good job!
Landon was the technician that showed up on time, was friendly and exceptionally professional. He correctly diagnosed my plumbing problems and cheerfully corrected them. First off I wanna say this company was very easy to work with. They got me scheduled within a matter of minutes. I called on a Thursday and they were able to send somebody out Friday. Kevin Palmer is that guy. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and engaging. He was able to diagnose ,remove ,and replace our garbage disposal. No mess no fuss no anything.
