Sergei was fast and knowledgeable. Small job but completed before I even expected to have a technician on site.

Parm did a fantastic job cleaning out the tree roots that grew into the drain pipe. It was quite revealing on the pre-cleaning scope of the pipe how thick the roots were which confirmed why the flow of the waste water was so poor. A post-clean scope showed a very clear path now so my tenants should not have any further issues. I thoroughly recommend Parm for your drain-cleaning needs.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter, especially thanks to Sohil. He was very professional and efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain the issue and the best solution. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Sohil for any plumbing needs!
