We had a clogged bath tub drain and had Sergiy come take a look for us. He showed up on time, was super courteous and polite, and resolved our issue within 20 minutes of arriving. He even recommended and helped us with solutions to avoid the issue from occurring again and friendly and engaging the entire time. Very happy with the service and Sergiy who helped us and showed up on time! They have a life long customer in us after our first visit. Thanks again and if you need help, definitely recommend these guys.

The receptionist Kim who was very nice in addressing my needs and tried to locate someone to help with my plumbing emergency. Was communicative and made sure I got her message with both texting and calling me to confirm. Plumbing technicians and manager were also able to provide the help I needed and followed up on their processes.

Sergiy Lukonin from Mr. Rooter was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing my kitchen drain blockage. He worked efficiently, cleared the clog completely, and made sure everything was draining properly before he left. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. Excellent service—I would highly recommend Sergiy and would gladly use Mr. Rooter again.
