Very pleased with the service provided by Mr Rooter. They came promptly and the lead technician, Sohil, was excellent! Sohil worked efficiently and diligently on inspection and cleaning of our external drainage system and sanitary line, and clearly explained what he was doing and his findings each step of the way. My sink in the bathroom was clogged with diaper gell from a diaper that had rip in it and went down the drain. I heard it could be very difficult and costly to remove. I admit I was in panic mode. The plumbing technician Tan came and was very nice and calmed me down reassuring that everything will be ok and that he would be able to fix it. Low and behold the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend Tan as a professional plumber technician. He gets the job done. Thank you Tan
