I was very disappointed with this business. I called to check pricing for a scope of my septic system. It is simply accessed through a capped pipe in the basement. It is about 15' to the septic tank. I was told that the only way I could obtain any pricing was to pay ~$60 for a technician to come out and estimate the job. I asked for a ball park figure for scoping and was told its a flat rate but she would not tell me what the rate was.
