Corey was phenomenal. Had an emergency water pump burst Saturday night. He offered to come out early Sunday to do the inspection and returned Monday for the repair. He did incredible work and prices were very reasonable (much less than expected and what our research had us anticipating). Have had nightmares trying to get ahold of other plumbers in this area before, will absolutely be using Corey for all future work.

If you want to pay to have your business winterized and then pay to get your pump and pipes replaced, hire them. When a business accepts money to provide services and then will not back up the "work" they did, it is time for a new owner. When the "tech" Alex Tews, finally showed up 2 days after my call, he said that they do not guarantee any winterization. When I was finally able to talk to Pat Smith, the owner, he said that he had to take his tech's word over mine. He said that someone must have entered the building after t... read more

***Call any other plumber!*** I scheduled a work order for a roof drain repair. The receptionist charged me $90. When the tech arrived, he wasn’t going to check the drain on the roof until I required it. Then he tells me they don’t work on roof drains. They’ll take $90 for a service call though. I called the office to speak with a manager or owner, but the kid working told me he’d leave a message, but wouldn’t tell me when they’d be there. He spoke to me rudely, then hung up.

I called to speak to the owner, Pat, about a concern with our scheduled service and Ryan the plumber. Jacob (Pat’s son) answered the phone and was condescending and provided very little help. Terrible customer service all around.
