Richard was very knowledgeable and answered a million questions. Service was efficient and at a fair price.
I had several issues that Richard came and fixed in a surprisingly short amount of time, for far less $$ than I thought I would have to spend. He patiently and clearly explained what he did, and was even mindful of our cat trying to sneak down to the basement with him! Highly recommend!
We had a very clogged drain causing sewage to come out of our basement drain and leave a huge mess. We tried fixing the problem ourselves but with no avail. Richard was the service tech that came to our house. He spent hours, not giving up and making sure he had it completely unplugged before leaving. He was very informative and a great help to us. Especially on a Sunday. Thanks for all your help and making sure the problem was fixed.
