Get directionsHello, We requested service through ******** **** ******on our plumbing due to water backing up into our house from toilets not being able to flush properly. There was a backup somewhere in the pipe and per my service plan; we are covered to have a plumber come and snake our pipes up to 100 feet. We were gifted this warranty through the seller of our home that we purchased 2 weeks ago. We knew we could've gone ahead, rent a snake and try to unclog our pipes, but decided to try out our warranty. We paid the $100 service fee; ... read more
We had a leak under the sink that leaked into the living room, dining room, and living room. We have ***. The plumber assigned from Mr. Rooter came to the house and found that the leak was caused by a hole in the drainpipe. In his report he reported the Failure cause: Normal wear & tear but then under Contractor notes he inaccurately said the failure was due to a shift in the foundation. That is not correct. There was no shift in foundation. Of course, *** chose to go by that note instead of failure cause. *** denied coverag... read more
We had a washing machine valve that would not close. We needed to close the valve so that a washer repair could take place. We have AHS for home warranty. In his report and verbally he reported ordering parts to replace the valve. Approximately 2 d... read more
They said AHS wouldn't fix it under my home warranty by saying they couldn't access the drain pipes without tearing everything out. Charged $650 to fix it. Should have been a labor intensive job for that price, but all they meant is the garbage disposal was in the way and would need to be temporarily removed. Took them less than 40 minutes, and the guy admitted 10 minutes of that time was spent testing to make sure there were no leaks. So 30 minutes of actual work, and they got $650 for it. That is what's called highway robb... read more
I originally had a annoying non-stop drip from the bathtub faucet, so I filed a claim through my American Homeshield warranty. The warranty company sent out Mr. Rooter plumbing. Mr. Rooter plumber (named Floyd) told me that I had to wait a week or so for a part, which turned out to be a month long wait. Once the part did arrive, the company sent out another plumber (named Andrew) to repair the drip and immediately I started hearing constant whistling noises coming from the bathtub faucet that never happened prior to this dis... read more
