Julie was so kind and helpful in scheduling the technician appointment, and José did an outstanding job of making sure I understood each of his processes and what the cost would be. He was personable and professional and we were very happy with the result. This was my second time in 10 yrs using Mr Rooter of Elk Grove and I will definitely recommend to others!
