This is the second time using them this time to install a hot water heater again professional called to let me know when they were on there way, in and out no issues didn't leave any mess prices were good i cant complain.
Pierre was known to me from many years and I always valued his professionalism.. I cannot vouch for anyone else since I don't know them
Had a pin hole leak under O ring in hot water tank , first visit was approximately 3 minutes long and sent me a bill for 145$ then it took them a month to get the O ring for the job then came back to install the O ring after I called several times then they sent me a 170$ bill for the 20 minute installation of the O ring so it cost me over 300$ for a 25 minute job. Thankfully it was a very slow leak ory house would have flooded waiting for them to fix it. If it cost that much for an o ring job on regular hours I can't imagin... read more
