I used this company for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with Gordon. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave us repair options. The work I opted to do was done in the same visit and he cleaned up when he was finished. I am happy with Mr. Rooter and would use them again.

Just had a technician at my home to provide the following quote. Do not waste your time with this company. Add new shut off valve to existing outdoor plumbing $469.00 before tax Remove 1 piece of extra pipe (esthetic and cosmetic only) and add new shut off valve. $879.00 before tax Technician was pushy and adamant he needed to enter our home to check "other plumbing" Absolute rip off of a company. Will NEVER contact them again.

Called Mr Rooter to fix a clog in my main drain. Ben and Nate arrived exactly when I was told they would and they both were very professional and knowledgeable and had everything flowing great in a very short time, they both went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them both!
