Poor standard of workmanship, garden and yard left full of debris, owner not interested in resolving problem or keeping any form of contact with house owner. Having to employ another roofer to sort it out. The work they did certainly did not match what was advertised on his website. I can supply full pictures of the re-pointing and mess they left, I would not use.
Avoid at all costs. Management has as much backbone as a jellyfish.
"fitted a ruber roof two years ago. had to call out 3 times since for repeatedly leaking in the same places. fourth time, more leaks, no showed so i got someone else. the entire work needed redone. requested a refund and got a sneery email saying they were ""insolvent"". wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."
We had a problem with our flat roof which was still under guarantee and called them up to advise them of the problem that was in February someone came out had a look and said he would be in touch many phone calls later he still didn't come out to do work that was needed. Even though he said he would. It is now June and work still not carried out We have had to go to another roofer firm to get work done . Would not recommend.
I had scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a roofer to inspect my property in Cliftleigh. They cancelled my appointment at 3.30pm the day before the inspection. Careless when stated that I had taken the day off and coming from Sydney and organised my tenant to be home for this appointment. Disappointed!
