I have been a builder for 35 yeara and i haven't met too many plumbers like Luke with integrity, knowledge and honesty. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him unequivocally.
Russell was prompt, polite and helpful in identifying issues and providing assistance on the spot.
Russell and Luke were fantastic to deal with for the leak diagnosis, and found what ended up being structural issues that required the complete replacement of our pergola roof. They were very communicative, and set accurate and honest expectations on what could be delivered, and explained the reasoning at every step of the way. They completed their work in a timely manner, and really cared about the quality of their work - even coming back to address an issue that arose which was outside of their control.
Russell was very quick to respond and really clear in showing us what repairs we needed to our roof - taking the time to show us each issue and talk through all the options. Repairs were all done quickly and to a great standard - highly recommended.
