Dishonest and untrustworthy company. I posted a review earlier stating this company doesn't pay their bills which prompted an email from the owner Jon Robinson asking me to remove it before he will even consider paying us what he owes us. I removed the review out of respect and soon after that Jon mysteriously disappeared, still owing us almost $6,000 for roofing materials they purchased. Would highly advise to do no business with Mr Roofer or Jon Robinson
I recently had my roof replaced, and Mr. Roofer gave me excellent pricing and service. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and even fun to be around. (He also brought toys for my new puppy.) The guys doing the actual replacement were very hard workers and didn't fool around. Job well done!
We live in kanawha City, Charleston, WV. We must commend Mr. Roofer's team for their exceptional work. They did an outstanding job, and their cleanup was impeccable. We could not asked for a more professional group of people.Thank you Ms. Randolph and Mr. Jay for working so hard to make this project a success.
