Our refridgerator's ice maker stopped working after this last SDG&E power outage, and my family has been going a little crazy without ice for drinks and smoothies. After trying some resets and some other possible quick fixes I found on Google and Youtube to no avail, I finally called Ron and he came out the next day to troubleshoot it. He was great at explaining the problem. Mr. Ron's is great - it was easy to make an appointment and the arrival window was only 2 hours. Mr. Ron got my clothes dryer repaired very quickly. I'll definitely call them again when my other appliances need some love.
Repaired our oven that was working intermittently. Also adjusted a setting so the burners work more efficiently (they did not burn on low setting and I didn’t know this was something that could be adjusted). Service was quick and he explained the cause of the issues.
Mr Ron’s saved me 600.00!!! I called Mr Ron’s to come out and check my refrigerator because it was not cooling. I got a friendly call back and had an appointment within a day. They showed up right on time, texting me when they were on their way. When Ron arrived to check it out, my refrigerator wasn’t even cooling in the “safety zone” temperature.
