I called and asked if it’s okay to be 15 minutes late. Person over the phone said that is totally fine but when I came the doctor didn’t want to see me even though the office was empty. Could not believe the health worker could be that careless.
As a gyn he was cool but when I came to him w my first baby he just didn’t care. It took two months for him to see me which at that point I was 12 weeks. When I arrived the nurses didn’t know what I was there for. After telling them I am there for my first sonogram the doctor finally came in. He took all of two mins and gave me a referral for gene testing. Didn’t explain much of anything of what to except only asked me if I was on medication. Es muy buen doctor como todo médico y centro médico se tiende a esperar, muy profesional y escucha su paciente. Las secretarias y enfermeras son muy amables.
Dr.Berks has delivered 3 of my babies and hopefully my 4th. I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. His bedside manner's are great. He's always made me feel so comfortable and has been so kind. As long as I live in NYC I'll be coming back to him.
