Today I had Aston come out and replaced a broken roller shutter cord. Polite, did the job, no fuss. Happy with today's service. Can recommend
Engaged them for an emergency repair and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Jane the customer service representative is an ideal definition of how customer service should be. We hope we don't run into shutter problems in future but if we did, Mr Rollershutter is where we'd go.
Aston was quick to help and change my shutter box strap. He was knowledgeable and was able to provide me with shutter care info.
Had Aston pop around to fix the jammed shutters. Fast friendly and reliable service. Definitely recommend.
