I had Dustin, Joe and Torrey out last week. They were fantastic, didn’t rush the job. Everything was done extremely professionally, and they even communicated ahead of time bc of weather to ensure no issues on install occurred. Explanation of my windows was fantastic and they were respectful within my house, with my wife and kids and even my crazy hyper puppers. Will definitely be requesting this team when time comes to do my last couple windows. Thank you again!
This has been a great experience, from the beginning to the end. The installation crew, Chuck, Nicholas, and James, were fantastic. They always showed up on time, and hit the ground working as soon as they arrived. Their professionalism, and knowledge of their product was unbelievable. Mr. Rogers incredible team; beginning with Ashley Ingram who provided us a detailed explanation of your windows to your team of installers: Stephen Ballance, Patrick Reed, Mike and Travis, recently completed the replacement of two 6'x6' show windows and two Arch windows for us. Josh, Ethan and Rodney finished installing 18 Renewal by Andersen windows today. They were extremely friendly, courteous, efficient and cleaned up each day during the three day job. The windows look great and are a big improvement over the 30 year old existing windows. Kendra was our sales person and also did a great job (no high pressure). Only drawback is the high price. If you have palladium windows be aware that the replacements will be a much smaller window than the originals.
We would like to thank Craig Bechthold for during a professional review of are sliding doors and explaining what the next steps are going to be. He also check the framing behind our doors to make sure they would support the new sliding doors.
