I had 6 sliding doors replaced with 2 sliding doors and 8 large windows in place of 4 sliding doors. Very expensive job...less than a year later caulking needs touch up and foot door lock came apart. I called they set up a time to come back for work and replace lock. they called back 2-3 weeks later lock is back ordered they need to reschedule (fine) I called back 3 days later and requested they get a temporary lock in any finish so I can secure door when not home.. they called manufacture none available in any finish do... read more

You I purchased two home of windows from this company in 1999, but advertisement is not accurate, All this time now they tell me they will only do a one time complementary replacement of the vinyl that is eroded to the metal. My contract includes the vinyl lifetime not A one time complementary replacement!
