I have had nothing but issues with this company. They are extremely careless with time management. My appointments have been rescheduled multiple times due to incompetence. The tech didn't have any equipment that he needed. I had to supply everything AND remove a closet door that easily came off. I was told the part that was needed would take about 5 days. It's been 9 and I had to call them to check the status. Do not do it.
horrible service, they came out to fix my dryer and left it worse than it was. The only problem was that it was not spinning and now it doesn't even turn on

This company is one that Sears Home Warranty uses when they service customers. I first called them 12/27/17 my ice maker stopped working and freezer froze over. They came out and it was not the ice maker but motor and fan and left reel. I was called 01/23/18 stating a technician would be coming in the morning. I've called 3 times and left messages to call me. No return telephone calls. I had to call them 2 weeks after the first call and service call to see if parts were received.
