Great Company my AC went out a few days ago and I was miserably HOT! I only picked one star because there was no option to pick zero stars. I have a case pending against this company.
I had this company out today to service our AC unit. Routine cleaning. We had to leave after the service, but returned home to find the AC not working. When I called back to inform them, the supposed owner came back out, spent two minutes outside and told me the compressor that he noticed was "over amping" was out. I told him to leave. My husband came home to discover that the blower in the attic had been intentionally disconnected and the AC unit had been switched off. Once these things were corrected, the AC worked fine. I decided to give Mr. Rogers Heating & AC a try because of an advertisement I received in the mail. I had a problem with the technician and the service performed. I called the office to report the problem. The owner himself came out to make sure my problem was resolved and to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rogers Heating & AC to my family and friends! I really appreciated the customer service, friendly attitude, flexibility, and quick response to resolve my issue.
