I was lucky enough to need both hips replaced, and Mr Richardson and his team made the experience exceptional. Both surgeries were flawless, with no complications and minimal pain. All questions were thoroughly answered, and the process was clearly explained. Denise's coordination was excellent, no paperwork stress.
