Derek provided a great Service. Explained all my options for me. He didnt just go straight to looking for the problem. He checked and made sure all the parts were working properly before proceeding to look for the freon leak. Instead of selling me a new unit, he explained howy AC still has plenty of life and that we did not have to replace the unit. The leak was very small that topping off once a year was a lot cheaper option compared to replacing the unit
