My wife Jannine had her right knee replaced by Bob in May this year following her left knee being replaced by Bob in May 2023. Jannine was extremely satisfied following both operations and found Bob very easy to talk to both pre and post those operations being performed. He answered all questions she put to him which made the whole process much easier to deal with.
