The worst office staff in DFW. Perfect example of Money over patient care. The only thing that matters at this practice is making sure the revenue is in the black. Not even a small child in extreme pain can produce empathy from this office staff
I've had to deal with some pretty brutal dental procedures until I started going to Rick. I can't express how grateful I am that I found him and his team. Comfort comes first with them and have always taken extremely good care of me. I cannot recommend Rick enough!

He and his staff have always given us exceptionally professional care and never try to ‘upsell’ us something that we don’t need.
