Been a patient for a few years and I am highly satisfied. J., Front desk manager is amazing. She handles the entire office with ease and always remembers your name. Dr. B. and his staff are great too! A little pricey but who isn't these days? lol. Thanks team!😊
Called regarding a consultation. Judy was unempathetic, and borderline rude. She hung up as I was still speaking. When I called back to finish my question, I let her know that she hung up as I was speaking. She answered the question and AGAIN, hung up as I was still speaking. Hmmm…if this is the first-line behavior, I guess I dodged a bullet. I saw nice Google reviews, but apparently, the “friendly atmosphere” is not applicable to all patients.

i tried to make appointment on april 7.2024 The receptionist told me that they’re not excepting Aetna PPO even though my insurance gave me their number and address to call them she says to me that we are not gonna be taking that insurance anymore in next 6 months so it don’t make sense to start back there office which was very bizarre when Dr. McIlvane used to be in this office years ago he treated people with respect he was a very nice man, and I hated to see him retire now this office has tells me this I was so happy to se... read more
As soon as you walk the door, you feel comfortable. Judy at the front desk is a gem. They listen and they care. Highly recommended!!!
