Best decision to select Ernest for our refinishing job. Showed up on time, was organized and neat and clean respecting our home. The finished job exceeded all our expectations and looks totally great. I think my parents are going to be calling him for theirs as well. Professional all the way. I made the right decision.
I have had a few issues with the finish chipping/peeling but Ernest has gone above and beyond to correct these issues at no charge every time.

I will start with the good. Ernest was very professional, responsive, respectful and clear with prep work that had to be done. I appreciate the job he did in that regard. However, here comes the bad. The product itself has been extremely disappointing and I want to warn others about the issues I have dealt with. The cost of having my tub stripped down and refinished came to $1,900.
