We contracted with Mr. Remodeler to repair leaky windows. After considerable time and 2 high priced caulking jobs, they still leak. We were provided an original estimate and scope of work. However, they reconsidered and recommended another approach, aka high priced caulking jobs. It was apparent that parties within Remodeler disagreed, to the point where we were told verbally of follow on work, such as a hose leak test, that was never performed.
