Christian came out and did an absolutely amazing job. Customer service was top notch. He basically touched my unit and it started working and I didn’t incur an expense at all. He explained to me that my Soft Start unit went into protection mode and even gave me a lesson on understand my soft start a bit more. He continued to do some additional thorough checks to ensure my system was running properly. Super honest individual and company. Thank you!!

Had an great experience both times I've worked with Mr. Reliable. The first time their tech Adrian R. Came out and was able to get our system back online (we knew it'd be a temp fix ) he was professional and explained everything perfectly. Great tech and great service. Then just recently the unit finally failed and they sent another tech Sergio E. next day. The service again was quick professional and completely explained. I just want to take the time to say thank you to the whole Mr.Reliable Heating and & Air team. Our AC went out and I had to call a couple of places to get someone to diagnose the issue. I called Mr.Reliable outside of business hours and they answered to listen and help the best way possible. Within a couple of hours Santiago from Mr.Reliable, was at my door ready to help.
