We had M&R come to our home today to inspect our cooling system today given it was not cooling properly. Carlos, the technician performed the inspection and clearly communicated his findings and explained our options going forward. we received estimates for each option, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received,
Josh did a great job! On time, very efficient and communicated well and very courteous.
Called for assistance was helped by the technician Daniel was at my house within an hour good customer service very professional good price and got Unit fixed the right way, highly recommend !
