We had M&R come to our home today to inspect our cooling system today given it was not cooling properly. Carlos, the technician performed the inspection and clearly communicated his findings and explained our options going forward. we received estimates for each option, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received,
Very pleasant company to deal with, from the girl answering the phone for scheduling, to Oscar, the onsite Technician, who was proficient, thorough, nice people skills, making me laugh & confident in the job he did. Highly recommend this company for your refrigeration services.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ M&R first came out on a Sunday when no one else would. The Tech Matt made every effort to try and get the old unit working. He was completely transparent in not wanting to charge me for what won’t change the outcome and just waste money. I appreciate that!! Matthew was recommended by my friends and promptly came over, even on his day off, when our AC was affected by a short circuit during a storm on a Sunday morning in August.
