From the first time my wife and I meet with A/pro Reece Sher we new that he was the person to work on my back. A/Pro Sher spoked to us slowly so that we were able to take in all of the information. He made drawing of what he would do, leaving nothing out. All of this was a great help in making up our mind to have or not have the operation. Dr Reece Sher is extremely understanding and caring towards your condition. He takes the time to explain his thoughts and ideas surrounding your condition and trestment going forward in a down to earth way of understanding whilst taking into considerstion of what you have to say aswell. I highly recommend Dr Sher Practice manager Emily is also very friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with.
Receptionist EJ is terrible and handled the departure of Dr Jinx very poorly. When trying to get a final appointment before Jinx leaves, EJ scoffed and laughed on the phone at me when the appointment i tried to book was unavailable and they had no more slots left. Big waste of money for me to see Dr Jinx only for her to leave with no follow up available, leaving me needing to see my GP just to get my results, but obviously not a specialist on the topic. From the very first consultation, Reece was incredibly knowledgeable, kind & informative. He was extremely helpful & patient with all my questions & afforded me as much time as I needed to discuss my symptoms, treatment options & outcomes.
