Ray booked and confirmed two sessions for our group. The first session was cancelled a couple of hours prior to his arrival time; the second he cancelled a few days prior to his agreed upon date. After two disappointments to our learning pod, I asked for a refund. He has chosen to keep half of the payment, which is the cost of one session, despite cancelling on his own accord. Despite being booked and paid in full back in MAY for 2 locations to perform for over 100 kids. We were cancelled on, with less than 24 hrs notice in August... so far communication has been horrendous, he's been refusing to refund the deposit, leaving no choice but to dispute charges or go via small claims. Mr. Rayz virtually visited My Kinderhouse Preschool in Inglewood earlier this month. My students had a blast and loved his warm personality! I really loved how he included lots of gross motor activities in addition to singing fun songs. I also loved the story times he held with my students, encouraging them to navigate their feelings in a positive way. Mr Rayz sang for our kiddos at My Kinderhouse Preschool. We all loved his songs so much!! In today's times, a bit of positivity and singing goes a long way. Mr Rayz did virtual performances for all of My Kinderhouse Preschool's campuses, and let me just say, he is absolutely wonderful! The kids were wrapped up in the show the entire time, dancing, laughing, and singing away. Mr Rayz incorporated stories, music, and life lessons about manners and friendship and the kids were engaged the entire time and eager to participate.
