This is disappointing. I have found that touchless car washes do not clean nearly as well as brush washes. It is what it is, I do not like brushes because they can scratch the car, that's why I go to touchless washes. Anyway, in the warm months, I wash my car myself. Of course, in the winter it's a bit cold so I like signing up for a monthly membership in the winter to get the salt off multiple times a week. Took my new car to the car wash and it does not even look like it was washed. Bird ****, dirt and leaves still on vehicle. Unacceptable!! Never again. There are so many other car washes in the area!

I stopped in at the wash in ******** **. and didn't have enough quarters. Change machine does not except dimes or *******. I didn't have any cash so I swiped my debit card in the hand wash stall. Not knowing I was getting charged $25 for a spray down to get the salt off my truck. I want all of my money back! I will never go there again!
