Rat poop on the tables, cockroaches in the corners, flies in the windows, mold on and in the walls. The walk-in could house dead deer or turkey that were hunted for personal consumption by the chef ( not for the restaurant not approved by the health inspectors to be in there), that are tied to the shelves, while the bugs that were on these animals fall off into uncovered food.
