Wouldn’t recommend at all. I didn’t feel valued as a customer or as a person by Kelvin, just felt like all he cared about was money. Absolute pompous behaviour. Left me with a godawful taste in my mouth and my partner agrees. Not acceptable for a business.
Would not recommend using this agency if you’re looking to buy or sell. My uncle bought his little unit through them and ended up short changed in a contract and had to chase up various things throughout. Was too unorganised with settlement dates etc etc. please go elsewhere
I don't recommend this agency Kelvin is lazy, misogynistic dismissive and a poor communicator. Struggled to get straight answers to basic questions. He made up his own rules as we progressed and showed little care or concern for the seller. One example of this is that we received the entire lot of paperwork at the end after the property had settled. A bare minimum service making an already stressful time even more stressful!!!
Avoid at all costs!!!! Absolute sloppy agent who takes extra money from sale price without prior consent. Sloppy property contract that had my conveyancer shocked! Have spoken to 5 neighbours in Tasman Park who have all bad experiences with him and if I knew prior, I would’ve chosen a different agent! No kindness from Kelvin throughout the entire process. No professionalism and takes forever to get back to clients throughout house sale process.
We can thoroughly recommend Mr Property Services to anyone wishing to sell their property. We bought through Kelvin about 6 or 7 years ago in Northstar at Hastings Point. Recently sold through Heike and Kelvin. They were professional and listed with minimum of fuss. Had 2 offers within days! Their info pack was great, showing what you get for the commission you pay for. It included advertising in local papers and mags, and of course on their website and Realestate.com.au too. Don't hesistate!
