i love mr pretzels its my go to everytime i come into town, cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites are just out of this world, i get them with chocolate sauce sometimes aswell
First time trying Mr Pretzel. I was curious and wanted to know whether I’d love or hate pretzels because I’m a picky eater. I had the pistachio and smartie one, it was fresh and really good. Obviously the smarties fell off when I ate it and it was super messy. But it was delicious. I’ll be trying a savoury one next time.
Pls tell me why I had to wait for my pretzels to be made and then they gave me old stale ones. Very odd. Walk by 5 mins later and making a fresh batch for another customer. Same order and everything. What’s the point of coming to the shop if it’s not fresh.
We had a delightful experience yesterday when we tried pretzels from this place. Although the pretzel itself was just average, the young woman who assisted us—who appeared to be British or of similar descent—was incredibly sweet with my wife and child. Her outstanding customer service really improved our overall experience, making us feel good about our visit.
Ordered online, they accepted my order then cancelled the whole order 15mins later simply because they didn't have 1 of the drinks I ordered. Everything else in my order is still on their menu. Totally insane thing to do. This shop is now somewhere I will never ahain order from. Crazy way to deal with a single item from an order not being available.
