Great customer service . They were patient, helpful, and made sure my order was perfect. The pretzels were fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back again!
Mall opens at 10am, just passed 10:30am we ordered a pretzel and was told it was a 15 minutes which ok fine, maybe she's still working on the morning stash. But the employee was talking to a friend on the phone during our transaction to the point I didn't know if she was talking to me or her friend. Well we waited she loudly spoke to her friend on the phone, I could hear her conversation from across the hall way. Very unprofessional. Consider we wait so long the pretzel was burnt . Do not recommend.
