James and his partner were great to work with. Their communication regarding arrival times was great and their service was even better. They even returned to make sure a tough stain in the carpet was completely removed. I would highly recommend their service and we will use them again in the future.
James and his team provided excellent service! They were flexible, accommodating to my work schedule and they work really fast. I had a horrible dust smell in my carpet that was contributing to my allergies. Now I can breathe in my room without having to open a window!
James was amazing! We had stubborn coffee stains on the white carpet that did not come out despite multiple attempts on our own and a professional cleaning from the carpet company from whom we had purchased the carpet.. In less than half an hour, the carpet was spotless and looks like new! I didn’t think it was possible! I wholeheartedly recommend James, and will definitely have him come back to do power washing and window washing for my house as well as for any other carpet issues that come up.
