A while ago I took my 13 year old BX 2670 in for a new front bucket and some work on the front differential. Everything went very smoothly,but I must highlight the communication skills and caring attitude of Sydney in the service area. She constantly kept me informed concerning the repair and the bucket. I actually looked forward to her calls as she was both informative and entertaining. She obviously enjoys her job. Sales and parts are also well staffed.
