Top quality
I purchased my third pool from Mr. Pool (1996, 2011 & 2025). Product is top notch and sales people were very knowledgeable. They gave me a list of three subcontractors to choose from for installation. BEWARE: I chose David King and after a month, I am still waiting for a $200 refund for work that he did not perform. Check is in the mail ??? Communication with David is next to impossible because he does not return phone calls or text messages. I definitely DO NOT recommend David King.
Had problem with our pool pump. Mike fixed it on the tailgate of our truck. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Pump is fixed and running great.
I recently purchased a pool from Mr Pool. I worked with Roy the owner. He gave me a good deal. He also gave me three pool installers to decide who I'd like to work with. I choose Larry. Larry and his partner worked our in the extreme heat an humidity. I prayed they didn't have a heat stroke. They were here by 8am and were here until 4pm. They did a wonderful job. However the new connections weren't compatible with my old hoses. I had to buy new hoses.
